Yoga Reimagined
Yoga begins as soon as we set an intention to stay present in the moment. Breathing. Noticing what is tight or open, stretched or strained in our bodies, in our minds, or in our spirits.
Yoga means union. So in yoga, we feel “pulled together” as a single being. The practice is keeping ourselves moving, breathing, and being a single being. As we do this with other people, we begin feeling how connected we all are: bodies, minds, and spirits.
Yoga is a practice of unity that allows us to experience more peace, and a deeper reality.
